Collaborators: The Coalition of Immokalee Workers
The Rural Assembly workshops worked directly with the Coalition of Immokalee workers and the community of farmworkers and residents in Immokalee Florida, to facilitate positive conversations about affordable housing issues and visions for the future of the town. The workshop invited community members to make collages and drawings of what an ideal home could be, to open up ideas and experiences in a round table discussion.
